Back to "fewthreading". Again the gap between the slowest and the fastest is reduced to two times. If you use any of these applications, the most pleasant conclusion is that there are no slow processors among those up-to-date. On the other hand, there are no fast CPUs as well.
Bitmap processing
This resembles the previous group of tests: the fastest CPU outperforms the slowest by less than 2.5 times. However, in this case, the reason is "casual" applications for which any CPU is good. The situation is only improved by the partially optimized Adobe Photoshop. As well as Paint.NET -- thanks to the .NET platform which is very well optimized (like all such virtual environments). So, as I already said, this has an effect on applications that use it, the number of which is evergrowing.
