Sapphire unveils TOXIC X800 PRO VIVO graphics card

Sapphire unveiled its new graphincs card on ATI X800 PRO GPU — TOXIC X800 PRO VIVO. The board has 256 MB of 256-bit GDDR3 with adjustable clock (A.P.E.), TMR temperature monitoring, and Lethal Cooling cooler.


TOXIC X800 PRO VIVO features TV-in and S-Video out, supports ViVo (Video-in, Video-out) and HDTV (HYPER Z HD in X800).

Green House releases 80x 6GB CF cards

Most recent announcements were dedicated to improved performance rather than capacity. Japanese Green House released its new CompactFlash (CF) GH-CF DX card with 80x (12MB/s) read performance. Write speed is just 150 KB/s though.


The series of the company now includes 6 models: 256 MB, 512 MB, 1 GB, 2 GB, 4 GB, 6 GB. All are CF Type1, except for the 6 GB one that is CF Type2. Prices are expecteed to be ¥9,980 ($90), ¥19,800 ($180), ¥39,800 ($360), ¥79,800 ($725), ¥159,800 ($1452), ¥598,000 ($5436), respectively.

InfoLogix ViA IICT: 1GHz carried PC

InfoLogix, the builder of carried PCs, released a new version of ViA IICT system on 1GHz Transmeta Crusoe 5800, 256MB DDR, and up to 60GB HDD.


The sensor display supports resolutions up to 800x600, the system has 2 x PCMCIA slots, energy consumption is below 6W. There are also dust and shockproof variants of ViA IICT designed for military.

DFI introduces LanParty 925X-T2 motherboard on Intel 925X

DFI introduced the new LANParty 925X-T2 motherboard on Intel 925X chipset. It supports dual-channel DDR2 memory, PCI Express graphics cards, has 3 x PCI Express x1 slots, 8-channel Karajan audio codec, Gigabit (PCI + PCI-E) LAN.
