Corsair introduces 2GB PC3200 kits — TwinX2048-3200
Corsair introduced its new 2GB PC3200 memory kits — TwinX2048-3200 — that include 2 x 1GB unbuffered PC3200 CMX1024-3200 modules.
1GB CMX1024-3200 modules are organized 64Mx8 and are designed for the dual-channel chipsets. Tested on Asus A7N8X or P4C800, they support 3-4-4-8 timings. Modules are shipped with black or platinum-color heatsinks.
Corsair 2GB TwinX2048-3200 kits are already shipping.

We are currently testing a new product from MSI based on NVIDIA GeForce FX 5700 Ultra GPU — MSI FX5700 Ultra-TD128 graphics card.

Fujifilm announces a new 20.68Mp digital back for GX680 cameras
Today Fuji Photo Film announced its new 20.68Mp digital back for its GX680 medium-format film SLR cameras. The back features the Super CCD Honeycomb sized 52x37mm with the honeycomb pixel layout. Besides, Fujifilm´s interpolation provides up to 41.36Mp images.
The announced back resolutions are 7648x5408 (Honeycomb-interpolated), 6560x4640, 5248x3712, 3936x2784, 2624x1856. It supports CCD-RAW, JPEG (Exif 2.21) formats and CF II or Microdrive media. The burst shooting speed is 1.5 fps (up to 7 shots), sensivity is ISO50/100/160/200, the exposure is 8s to 1/400s.
The model has 4-pin IEEE1394 interface and can work under Windows 2000 (SP4) / XP (SP1), Mac OS X 10.2.6 — 10.3.1. Sized 140x73x140mm, it weighs about 830g. Sales in Japan are scheduled to the late January. Back´s MSRP is about $22000.

Gigabyte unveils a 3D Cooler
Today Gigabyte Technology introduced a new cooling system for Intel P4, AMD K8 and K7 processors — Gigabyte 3D Cooler. The motto of the announcement is maximum cooling at minimal noise. It´s hardly original, but the cooler appearance is actually unusual.
Gigabyte 3D Cooler features copper base. The heatsink that has load fins and thermal pipes is designed for round airflow output. The engine features the dual ball-bearing providing the life cycle up to 70,000 hours. Gigabyte 3D Cooler can be controlled manually from a special panel installed into a 3.5" bay or in the place of a PCI slot stub.
Gigabyte 3D Cooler rotates at 2000-4000 rpm making 20-40dBA noise. The entire system weighs 430g. You can also see the traditional blue LEDs.
No production dates or MSRP has been disclosed yet.
