CeBit 2005: interesting products from DFI
We continue our virtual visit of CeBit 2005. Passing by DFI´s booth at the moment.
The first attractive exhibit is a desktop Intel 855GME-based motherboard for Intel Pentium M:
 DFI 855GME-MGF
Pity, but there are only a few such products in the market and the price of Pentium M automatically makes the solution very expensive. Nevertheless, it´s available for everyone.
The next one is DFI LANParty NF4 SLI-D:
As you can see, the board bases on NVIDIA nForce4 SLI and features:
- Socket 939
- Up to 2GB of DDR400
- 2 x PCIE x16, 8 lanes each in SLI mode
- 2 x PCIE x1
- 2 x Gigabit LAN
- 8 x SATA
- 8ch VIA sound
- 2 x IEEE1394
- 10 x USB2.0
Actually, such a rich feature set is natural for LANParty series. But the ThermalTake´s cooler doesn´t belong to the board package.
DFI also showcased i925XE-based motherboard on which a Pentium 4 processor was overclocked to 4,650MHz with water cooling. Sounds like fun!
