KINGMAX unveils 1 GB SO-DIMM DDR 333 MHz modules

KINGMAX officially announced the new DDR 333 MHz SO-DIMM with 1 GB capacity designed for high-end notebooks based on AMD K8.

KINGMAX novelties utilize TinyBGA chip with 2.5 ns CAS latency and 2.5 V voltage. DDR 333 MHz modules are backward compatible with machines supporting DDR 266 MHz only.
