OCZ introduces EL DDR PC-3700 Platinum modules with 2-3-3-8 timings
OCZ Technology Group introduced EL DDR PC-3700 Platinum memory modules with 2-3-3-8 timings at 2.8V. OCZ PC-3700 EL DDR SDRAM DIMM are available separately in 512 MB capacities (OCZ466512ELPE), and in 1 GB dual-channel kits (OCZ4661024ELDCPE-K). The modules naturally have platinum-coloured heatsinks.
These unbuffered DDR466 SDRAM novelties are made using proprietary EVP (Extended Voltage Protection) technology that enables VDIMM up to 3.0±5% V and ULN2 technology for PCB protection from stray noise.
