Kingmax unveils Hard-core DDR500 Hyperband PC-4000 modules

Today Kingmax Semiconductor unveiled its new overclocker PC-4000 memory modules on DDR500 TinyBGA chips — Hard-core Series DDR500 Hyperband Memory Module.

The new modules require 2.6V and support CAS latency = 3. Tested for compatibility with Pentium 4 / AMD K8 platforms, modules are shipped with the lifetime warranty.
