New Pentium 4 and Celeron officially announced
These days Intel officially announced three new CPUs: Pentium 4-M 2.5GHz, mobile Celeron 2.2GHz and 1.26GHz. All of them are made using 0.13-micron process technology and feature different L2 cache size: P4-M – 512Kb, Celeron – 256Kb. P4-M and 2.2GHz Celeron support 400MHz FSB, 1.26GHz Celeron – 133MHz FSB.
In over 1,000-unit quantities 2.5GHz P4-M will cost $562, 2.2GHz and 1.26GHz Celeron — $149 and $107, respectively.
