Iomega announces its first DVD/CD-RW drive

Iomega announced its first DVD/CD-RW drive, Dual DVD ATAPI, supporting 4x2.4x12x (DVD) / 16x10x40x (CD-RW) speeds.

The device supports DVD, DVD, DVD-R, DVD-RW, CD-R, CD-RW, CD-ROM and DVD-ROM formats. The retail box includes MyDVD, Sonic Cineplayer, Sonic MyDVD, MusicMatch Jukebox and Adobe ActiveShare software.

In retail the drive should cost from $330.
