SDM-HS73 and SDM-HS93: new 17" and 19" LCD monitors from Sony
These days Sony launched shipments of its new monitors. Featuring three body variants (gray, black, blue) 17" SDM-HS73 and 19" SDM-HS93 are stylish as usual with their original mirror-like support, etc.
17" SDM-HS73 supports 1280x1024 (SXGA); features 250cd/m² brightness, 400:1 contrast, 120° vertical and 140° horizontal viewing angle. It has analog connector, consumes up to 45W operating and 1W in standby. Sized 441x216x404mm, SDM-HS73 weighs 5.9kg, and costs (in Japan) about $480.
19" SDM-HS93 supports resolutions up to 1280x1024 (SXGA); features 250cd/m² brightness, 600:1 contrast, 170° vertical and horizontal viewing angles. The model has analog connector as well, consumes 50W operating and 1W in standby. SDM-HS93 dimensions are 480x260x440mm, weight – 7.1kg. In Japan it costs about $800.
