Conclusions
According to the test results, the new card considerably outperforms GeForce GT 240, its direct rival, as well as RADEON HD 4670, almost in all tests. In other words, the MSRP of $99 is more than adequate. If the actual price is also like that, or lower, it's the best choice in this class today.
GT 240 doesn't support DX11, only DX10.1, though it has full support for CUDA and PhysX, as well as stereo photos. In its turn, HD 5670 supports EyeFinity, but it won't be of much use considering its low performance. Also note that all new cards support HD content.
ATI RADEON HD 5670 512MB is a standard reference product with a quiet cooler.
HIS IceQ RADEON HD 5670 512MB has a better cooler (also quiet), but the clock rates are nominal though.
