O2 XDA II Mini: smaller and more expensive

These days British O2 published details of its new O2 XDA II Mini PDA.

This cards-pack sized device features Intel XScale 416 MHz CPU, 64 MB RAM and 64 MB ROM). I guess the small size was a reason not to implement Wi-Fi option into the device (you can still use a Secure Digital adapter). The PDA bundle includes a 256 MB SD card.

  • Intel PXA 272 CPU, 416 MHz
  • 64 MB RAM and 64 MB ROM
  • 2.8" LCD, 65,536 colors, 240x320
