AVING published photos and specs of a 315g "subnetbook" (MID) that was introduced by South Korean UMID.
While there's no information about the exact dimensions, the photo below hints at the size.
The device is based on the 1.1GHz or 1.33GHz Intel Atom CPU, 512MB/1024MB RAM, 8-32GB SSD. Connectivity options are impressive: WiBro, HSDPA, WiMAX, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
The MID features a 4.8-inch 1024x600 touchscreen, 1.3Mp webcam, DMB/DVB-T tuner, USB 2.0 port, microSD/USIM slots.
