CeBIT 2007. ECS: Intel-Based Products
As expected Elitegroup Computer Systems (ECS) pays the most attention to Intel-based motherboard. The long-anticipated series for 45nm processors includes five boards at once.
The Q35T-M (vPro) based on the Q35+ICH9DO supports Intel vPro, DDR2-800, features 1333 MHz FSB, Gigabit LAN, 8-channel High Definition Audio, IEEE 1394a, DVI-D.
The P35T-A (Viiv) utilizes the P35+ICH9DH chipset. Besides the support for Intel's 45nm multi-core and Viiv, it supports DDR3 and Robson technology. According to ECS, the board has chipset overclocking capabilities unlocked. Max. FSB value is 1333 MHz. Also in the feature list: Intel Fast Memory Access, ATI CrossFire, SATA II 3Gbps (RAID, eSATA).
The more humble G33T-M bases on the G33+ICH9 core logic. It supports DDR2-800, Intel CVT, 1333 MHz FSB, Intel Robson and features IEEE 1394a and DVI-D.
The similar G33T-M (Viiv) features Viiv support as indicated. This one bases on the G33+ICH9DH (1333 MHz FSB, DDR2-800, Intel CVT, Robson.)
The Q33T-M based on the Q33+ICH9 also supports DDR2-800 and 1333 MHz FSB. Features include Gigabit LAN, 8-channel High Definition Audio, IEEE 1394a, and DVI-D.
The PX1 based on the Intel P965 + ICH8DH is meant for Intel Core 2 Extreme processors. It supports Intel Viiv, ATI CrossFire, Qooltech technologies and features SATA II 3Gbps RAID, eSATA, 2 x Gigabit LAN, 8-channel High Definition Audio, IEEE 1394à, and S/PDIF-Out. The cooling system with copper heatsinks and heat-pipes also stands out.
Finally, based on the 946GZ+ICH7 chipset is the 965PLT-A for Intel Core 2 Quad processors. It features integrated Intel GMA 3000 graphics, SATA II 3Gbps, 10/100 LAN, 6-channel High Definition Audio with S/PDIF-Out.
