ASUS A9250: new "affordable high-end" graphics card series
ASUS unveiled A9250 graphics card series positioned as "affordable high-end". The series currently includes A9250 GamerEdition (GE) and A9250/TD/128MB cards based on ATI Radeon 9250. A9250GE has 128/256 MB of 128-bit memory.
A9250GE layout differs significantly from the reference design and, according to ASUS, improves performance. A9250 has GameFaceLive feature — realtime audio/video webcam connection with contrast/brightness/etc. ingame adjust. The series also has VideoSecurity feature that monitors frame changes and notifies provided email address.
