Kanguru FC-RW — burning Flash media onto CDs without a PC
Kanguru Solutions launched shipments of a universal portable Kanguru FC-RW solution combining a universal card reader and a CD-RW drive. The main idea is to provide fast and comfortable data transfer from Flash media to CD blanks.
The model works with Compact Flash, IBM Micro Drive, Smart Media, Secure Digital, Sony Memory Stick, Memory Stick Pro, and Multimedia Card. The built-in optical drive provides 36õ write, 12x rewrite, and 48x read for 8/12 cm blanks. USB 2.0 enables to use the device as an external universal interface of a notebook of a desktop. At the same time, you can use the model as an audio player Kanguru FC-RW has a haeadphones connector).
Weighing slightly about 500g, the device is sized 203x152x50mm. In retail Kanguru FC-RW supplied with a USB2.0 cable and Nero software costs about $200.
