M-Sys unveils its new 15GB FFD 2.5" Ultra Narrow SCSI Solid-State Flash Disk
M-Systems unveiled the new model of its 2.5" Solid-State Flash Disk with Ultra Narrow SCSI interface. Therefore today this company´s series includes 256MB to 15GB models. Similar to 3.5" drives, FFD 2.5" Ultra Narrow SCSI disks meet the SCSI-2 and SCSI-3 standards providing 17MB/s and 11.5MB/s, sustained read and write rates, respectively.
