New óreative Webóam Pro and òó-óáí 750

Creative announced the release of new Creative Webóam Pro and òó-óáí 750 fully-featured web cameras that are suitable for video recording, including videoconferencing, or still imaging.


Creative Webóam Pro features USB 1.1 interface, new lens, up to 640x480 (video) and up to 1024x768 (interpolated photo) CMOS sensor. The package includes Ulead PhotoExpress and Microsoft NetMeeting and Creative Webcam Monitor, for using Creative WebCam Pro as a security cam.

Creative Webóam Pro features Motion Detection, supported by some Playstation 2 games, i.e. Konami´s Police 24/7.

The suggested retail price of Creative Webóam Pro is $39 (w/o taxes).

óreative òó-óáí 750 is a dual-mode 1600x1200 (2.1 million interpolated pixels) web-cam. It features a smart flash, internal 16MB flash memory. Cam´s CCD sensor has 1024x768 resolution; lens are made of glass, and feature double aperture.


òó-óáí 750 connects to PCs or notebooks via USB port. Except photo shooting the cam can handle and record live video, including videoconferencing, at up to 640x480 and 16.7 million colors. Working offline òó-óáí 750 can hold up to 200 640x480 images, 85 1024x768 images and up to 20 2.1 megapixel images. The built-in smart flash support automatic and "no red eyes" mode. Besides, òó-óáí 750 can hold up to 60 minutes of sound or 75 seconds of 352x288 video. òó-óáí 750 has an LCD display providing control and monitoring.

The package includes software tools for setting exposition, white balance and gamma correction. Live video mode also supports anti-flicker mode. Connected to a PC, cam feeds from a USB port; offline it requires ááá batteries.

The suggested retail price of óreative òó-óáí 750 is $141 (w/o taxes).
