Radeon 9700 with DDR II shown on TV
According to Rage3D forum, Radeon 9700 card was shown on North American TechTV, working with 128 MB DDR II "directly from ATI labs" :-)
According to the forum, this wasn´t an interview about the release of DDRII-based ATI Radeon 9700 Pro, but a DDRII story about its operation and benefits.
Naturally, this was more of advertising, than information source, however there was an interesting moment: ATI believes DDR II clock to reach 550 MHz.
Let´s hope we´ll be getting further details about ATI novelties in a more usual way — over the Internet. :-)
