ASK Corporation presents new flash storage
Japanese ASK Corporation released a number of flash memory storage devices for a wide temperature range (from 40°C to +85°C) under its Simple Tech brand.

68-pin ATA flash cards require 3.3V or 5V and feature 32Mb to 4Gb (PCMCIA 2.1; 32Mb to 3.6Gb Type II; 4Gb Type III).

CompactFlash units (Type I/II) are represented by 32Mb to 1Gb capacities, support PCMCIA 2.1, 3.3V and 5V voltage.

New 2.5" Simple Tech flash memory hard disks feature usual IDE interface and 32Mb to 8Gb capacities.

Another interesting solution, released under Simple Tech brands: FlaschDiskModule industrial modules with 44-pin IDE interface and 32Mb to 512Mb capacities.
About pricing: 4Gb ATA flash cards will cost about $6150, 1Gb devices $1380. 1Gb Simple Tech CF Type II products are offered for $1700 each, 2.5" 4Gb IDE hard drives – for $6150, 512Mb FlaschDiskModules – for $840.
