The standard ASUS box. The card is securely fixed in a polyurethane foam compartment, the accessories are in a separate box.

A large cardboard box with all the necessary information on it, bus width included. The card and accessories are stowed into cardboard compartments, but card's thickness prevents it from jolts during transportation.

The traditional and somewhat generic box made of thick cardboard that provides no information on bus width. The card is very well fixed in polyurethane foam.
