Today we'll review three graphics cards with ATI Radeon GPUs. The reason for the selection is simple: all three simply happened to be in our lab at the same time. All three cards have custom design and original coolers, so reviewing them promises to be interesting.

Card design

As stated above, all three cards have custom design, but it's still based on the reference.

All graphics cards have supplemental power connectors. Note that ASUS EAH5850 TOP has two, one of which is 8-pin (should improve stability when overclocked).

Maximum resolutions and frequencies:

  • 240 Hz maximum refresh rate
  • 2048 x 1536 x 32bit @ 85Hz Max -- analog interface
  • 2560 x 1600 @ 60Hz Max -- digital interface (Dual-Link DVI/HDMI)

As for the HDTV support, a review is available here.
