Leap Motion Controller Set To Ship for Global Pre-Orders in May
Leap Motion today announced that the Leap Motion Controller will begin shipping to consumers on May 13 and it will launch exclusively in the U.S. at Best Buy stores on May 19.
The Leap Motion Controller will support operating system interactions with Windows 7 and 8, and Mac OS X 10.7 and 10.8. The Leap Motion Controller will also come with access to Airspace. It is exclusive store where users can discover optimized software across a wide categorized variety of games, music, educational projects, art , etc.
Leading apps and games expect the Leap Motion Controller, such as plug-ins for 3D design Autodesk, Disney Interactive’ Wreck-it-Ralph, ZeptoLab’s optimized Cut the Rope and top casual apps.
LeapMotion.com continues accepting U.S. and international pre-orders, at the launch price of $79.99 plus shipping, tax and duties where applicable. Today BestBuy.com will also begin taking pre-orders in the U.S.
Leap Motion continues to accept submissions to join its developer program and create new uses for the Leap Motion Controller.

Panasonic Is Still Producing 20-inch 4K Tablet For Photographers
Panasonic has released some pictures, illustrating advantages of its “4K Tablet” that was introduced for the first time at CES2013.
Tablet has 20-inch display with 4K resolution IPS alpha screen, runs Windows and attaches digital pen. The display has 3840x2560 resolution with 15:10 aspect ratio . Photos or magazine pages in A3 size can be displayed in full scale. Using digital pen you can write notes on images. So Panasonic considers that this tablet will be a great tool for professionals like photographers, designers, architects, and engineers who are on the go and need full scale for their work.
