Acer's SEO Promises 8- and 10-inch Tablets

The China Times' interview with the CEO of Acer, Linxian Lang, shows that the company wants to continue its aggressive pricing by producing a pair of new budget tablets.

Linxian Lang believes that in 2013 at least 200 million tablets will be sold, with about 80 million of them being expensive models (Samsung and Apple). The remaining 120 million, including Acer tablets, will be cheaper. Therefore, the CEO plans to focus on this segment of the market with 8- and 10-inch models priced about 150-175 euro.

At the same time, the company will keep on investng in high-range tablet segment as well.
