NZXT Rolls Out FS-200 LED 200-mm Case Fans AMD 990FX, 990X, 970 Based Motherboards To Support NVIDIA SLI OCZ Technology Announces VeloDrive PCIe Solid State Drive I-O Data Increases Capacity of HDCA-UT USB 3.0 External Hard Drive To 3 Terabytes NZXT Rolls Out FS-200 LED 200-mm Case Fans NZXT expanded its FS lineup of low-noise case fans with FS-200 LED that comes in three colors: red, blue and green. The 200-mm fans feature 11-blade propellers rotating at 700±200 rpm, making up to 20.16 dBA noise. FS-200 LED includes own LED on/off switch as well as a splitter to connect two LED Fans to the Phantom Chassis LED on/off button. The NZXT FS-200 LED case fan is backed by a 2-year warranty. It will go on sale in mid-May for $18. According to a blog post at NVIDIA's website, the company has licensed the technology to a number of motherboard manufacturers (not just the four listed above). Source: NVIDIA OCZ Technology Announces VeloDrive PCIe Solid State Drive OCZ Technology Group today unveiled the VeloDrive PCI Express SSD designed for the needs of small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs), enterprise clients and system integrators. VeloDrive can be run in either hardware or software RAID mode and can be deployed in half-height or full-height system requirements. The drive has transfer speeds of up to 1GB/s and 130,000 4KB random write IOPS, and features SandForce SF-1565 SSD processor. The device utilizes MLC NAND flash and will be available in 300GB, 600GB, and 1.2TB configurations. Source: OCZ Technology Group I-O Data Increases Capacity of HDCA-UT USB 3.0 External Hard Drive To 3 Terabytes In the end of March, I-O Data introduced HDCA-UT USB 3.0 external storage drive, offering 1TB and 2TB capacities. Now the company promises to add a 3TB variant to the lineup. Like the two preceding models, the device can be placed vertically or horizontally. The LED indicating power supply and drive access is only element on the black front panel. HDCA-UT3 is sized 185 x 39 x 120 mm and is backed by a 1-year warranty.
