BenQ Launches Joybook R42 Series Transcend Releases JetRam DDR2-800 Dual-Channel Memory Kit Sharp To Provide 6x Recording On Dual-Layer Blu-Ray And HD-DVD Discs BenQ Launches Joybook R42 Series
The Joybook R42 series incorporates BenQ’s exclusive UltraVivid technology. The UltraVivid technology employs DBEF (Display Brilliance Enhancement Film), which raises the brightness of the screen. A low-reflectivity coating on the screen surface also helps to aggregate emitted light to further enhance brightness. The Joybook R42 features a sophisticated frontal air-intake ventilation cooling system that brings in air from the front of the unit and then vents it out on the sides ensuring effective cooling for major heat-producing chips inside the notebook. The Joybook R42 is designed to meet the highest quality; the notebook has passed through a series of rigorous standard tests including scratch resistance test, pressure test, and hinge test. In addition, the R42 also comes equipped with a built-in Bluetooth V2.0+EDR function (selected models). Source: BenQ
Transcend Releases JetRam DDR2-800 Dual-Channel Memory Kit Transcend Information released its new 1GB/2GB memory kits of 240-pin DDR2-800 Non-ECC Unbuffered DIMMs. Transcend’s JetRam memory module measures 1.18 inches in height and uses six-layer PCB.
