ATI All-In-Wonder X800 XL now supports DVB-T
Its European version that is, as there are mostly cable networks in USA. ATI introduced the All-In-Wonder X800 XL multimedia combine with these specs:
- PCI-E interface
- 400MHz GPU
- 256MB GDDR3, 490MHz, 256-bit
- 16 pixel and 6 vertex pipelines
- Single-slot cooling turbine
The US variant though supports 125 on-air/cable channels, while the aforementioned European supports /on-airDVB-T and SCART.
Of the common features there is an FM tuner, TV and FM-On-Demand (on-the-fly MP3/MPEG-2 recording for further playback). ViVo is based on ATI Theater 200. Novelties have the combined DVI/VGA outputs and antenna inputs (which exclude the multi-monitor features due to the lack of space I believe). The package includes new Remote Wonder Plus. ATI has also announced about the complete compatibility of all its All-In-Wonder cards starting from RADEON 9600 as well as tuners, video interfaces, Remote Wonder II/Plus controls with Windows XP MCE.
All-In-Wonder X800 XL will go on sale this Summer with MSRP of about $400.
