Gigabyte GA-8I915P-SLI officially announced
Gigabyte Japan officially announced its new GA-8I915P motherboard based on Intel 915P chipset and supporting SLI (Scalable Link Interface).
Gigabyte GA-8I915P offers two PCI Express x16 sockets for SLI configurations (supported by GeForce 6600 GT and 6800 GT GPUs). It also supports Quadview Technology (output to up to 4 monitors simultaneous).

Vosonic unveils XS Drive II Plus VP2160 portable storage
Vosonic updated its XS Drive series of portable storage with a new model, XS Drive II Plus VP2160, that is to replace XS Drive II VP2060. Similar to the previous model, the novelty has only two buttons: Power on/off and Copy. It also has LCD display that shows status, battery charge and amount of free space.
XS Drive II Plus VP2160 features 2.5" HDD with 20 GB to 80 GB capacity, CompactFlash/Microdrive/SmartMedia/Memory Stick/Memory Stick Pro/Secure Digital/MultiMediaCard/xD picture Card reader and USB 2.0 interface.
The MSRP in Europe will make $240 for a 20 GB model.
