Similar to the new ASUS cards, the novelty will be available in two variants: on X800 PRO and X800 XT.
Sapphire also released two cards, both with 256MB memory.
And Tul Corporation (former CP Technology, Powercolor) unveiled only one card, on ATI Radeon X800 PRO.
Finally, GeCube decided to stand out and announced two versions on a single GPU: Radeon X800 PRO and Radeon X800 PRO CSCZ Limited Edition (on the photo).
Olympus unveils external MO drive for 1.3GB media Olympus unveiled its new external TURBO MO mini LX II(1300MO) USB 2.0 drive (sales scheduled to start on May 28 with MSRP of $230). The model is an evolution of TURBO MO mini LX II that supported 128, 230, 540, 640 MB media. It adds the support of 1.3GB discs (not for MacOS 8.6-9.22 users though).
Another new feature is spindle rotation speed increased by 7% (from 4320 to 4630 rpm) in the new model. With 1.3GB media the speed will be 3240rpm though. The drive has 2MB buffer and can be installed both vertically and horizontally. Sized 108x120x24mm, it weighs about 320g.
NVIDIA launches sales of Personal Cinema FX 5700 NVIDIA launched sales of its Personal Cinema FX 5700 solution that combines a TV tuner with digital video recording capabilities, FM radio and GeForce FX 5700 GPU.
Personal Cinema FX 5700 features DVI and VGA interfaces, is bundled with multipurpose remote (and USB receiver), NVIDIA ForceWare. The card supports HDTV and SDTV quality and can burn content onto DVD and CD in real time. Personal Cinema FX 5700 is also bundled with Ulead DVD MovieFactory 2.5 and Ulead VideoStudio 7.1 SE.
ASUS introduces AX800 series on Radeon X800 GPU ASUS these days introduced its new ASUS AX800 graphics card series on ATI Radeon X800 GPU: AX800 XT/TVD and AX800 PRO/TD.
AX800 XT´s graphics core operates at 520MHz, while 256MB DDR3 memory works at 1.12GHz. Video-in and DVI-I are supported. AX800 PRO features 475/900MHz clock rates, has 256MB DDR3 and no video input. Other card features include Onscreen Display that enables to adjust brightness and contrast, VR settings, etc. while playing games or watching movies.
