Plextor releases PlexFlash USB 2.0 non-optical storage Plextor extended its product line with first non-optical flash storage of PlexFlash series.![]() Encased in silvery bodies, PlexFlash devices support USB2.0 and weigh about 30g. Currently the company offers 128Mb (PX-F128), 256Mb (PX-F256) and 512Mb (PX-F512) solutions. PlexFlash novelties provide up to 4Mb/s write throughput and up to 5Mb/s read throughput. New storage should become available in mid-April. MSRPs are PX-F128 – 79 euro, PX-F256 – 145 euro, PX-F512 – 279 euro.
