Cooling
The cooler on HIS' card is an Arctic Cooling solution. It features a large copper heatsink reinforced by heat pipes for improved heat transfer from the base to outermost fins. The plastic cover forms a kind of a pipe for air that is run through by the turbine located at one end. The air cools down the heatsink and goes out of enclosure. The turbine rotates rather at a moderate speed, so the cooler is very quiet.
The cooler on Palit's card was examined in this review. Note that Palit has solved the noise issue, so the cooler is practically noiseless as well.
We monitored temperatures using RivaTuner.

We didn't notice any overheating or critical temperatures, both coolers did an excellent job.
