Coolers

AFOX GeForce GTX 560 2GB (AF560-2048D5H1)

A massive rectangular heatsink with copper heatpipes and a large fan in the middle. Occupies expansion two slots. Memory chips are not cooled. The cooler is quite noisy, because the minimal speed is set too high in BIOS by default; can be adjusted by means of drivers.

AFOX GeForce GTS 450 1GB (AF450-1024D5H2)

A massive round heatsink with a fan in the middle. Memory chips are not cooled. The cooler is quite noisy and cannot be controlled by utilities or drivers.

AFOX GeForce GT 440 D5 1GB (AF440-1024D5H1)

A similar device. Memory chips are not cooled. Unlike the previous solution, almost silent.

AFOX GeForce GT 430 1GB LP (AF430-1024D3L2)

A small, simple, noisy cooler. It's unclear why it's this big, occupying more than one expansion slot. It really prevents you from using the card in lots of SFF rigs. Judging by our tests, this cooler is much more than enough for this card.

AFOX Radeon HD 6850 1GB LP (AF6850-1024D5L1)

This cooler is an original one. A long, thick heatsink is cooled by two small fans. The device is very noisy, because the fans work at high speed. Still, the temperature is as high as 75°C, so copper inserts and heatpipes are in order.

Temperature monitoring results

We measured temperatures using the MSI Afterburner utility.
