This chip is presented by ATI RADEON 9700 128MB, AGP.
Features:

K4D26323RA-GC2A BGA chips. 350 (700) max. clock, 270 (540) MHz default clock, 256-bit bus;
- Peak fill rate in the multitexturing mode is 2200 megapixels/sec and 2200 megatexels/sec.
Wasn't overclocked.
In July 2002 ATI Technologies announced the most powerful accelerator for today - RADEON 9700. Later ATI RADEON 9700Pro was released on this GPU. The most detailed review of this card is here.
In October 2002 another version of Radeon 9700 was announced, differing from Radeon 9700 Pro by slightly lower clocks, though having almost $100 lower price.
On the 10th of October 2002 the latest drivers from ATI are 6.178, 6.193 for Windows XP.
I shall note there's
Radeon2.ru web-site that tracks all software novelties from ATI and offers improved drivers versions with preset registry settings for increasing RADEON cards perfomance.
All the latest drivers belong to the CATALYST serie.
As there are currently not actual apps, using Shaders 2.0, and DirectX 9.0 hasn't been released, we'll provide some demos, based on DirectX 9.0.beta1.
