By the end of the month the product costs about $120-140, supports DirectX 9.0c (SM3.0).
This novelty, which we tested for the first time early in April 2006, is meant for the middle-end ($120-150).
The card is rather successful and easily outperforms rivals in terms of performance and features.

On November 15, 2006 the latest drivers from NVIDIA were 96.89 beta (for 8800 series), 96.94 beta (for 8800 series), 97.02 beta (for 8800 series), 93.71 WHQL for Windows XP.
