|
This GPU is presented by Leadtek WinFast PX6800Ultra card on NVIDIA GeForce 6800 Ultra GPU, 256MB, PCI-E.
Features:
- NVIDIA GeForce 6800 Ultra GPU, 425 MHz clock rate;
- Pixel pipelines: 16
- Vertex pipelines: 6
- Texture processors: 16
- ROPs: 16
- 256MB DDR3 SDRAM in Samsung BGA chips. 550 (1100) MHz max. clock rate.
- 256-bit bus;
- Peak fill rate in the multitexturing mode without optimizations is 6800 megapixels/sec and 6800 megatexels/sec.
By the end of the month the product costs about $350-400, supports DirectX 9.0c.
This previous Hi-End product for the $450-480 niche supports all the innovations, including Shader Model 3.0. Has PCI-Express x16 interface. Is now leaving the market.
1.6-2.0ns Samsung GDDR3 chips indicate 625-500 (1250-1000) MHz clock, but the memory operates at 550 (1100) MHz. 256-bit bus.
This card is bound to extinct due to release of the 7xxx series.
