This chip is presented by PowerColor RADEON 9800SE 128MB 256bit (Gold), AGP card.
Features:
- ATI RADEON 9800 SE GPU (4 pipelines), 380MHz;
- 128 MB DDR SDRAM in 8 Hynix's chips on both PCB sides. 2.8ns fetch time indicates 350 (700) MHz, but the memory works at 340 (680) MHz. 256-bit bus. 4 rendering pipelines (not 8!).
- Peak fill rate in the multitexturing mode is 1520 megapixels/sec and 1520 megatexels/sec.
Wasn't overclocked.

By the end of the month the product costs $154 on average, supports DirectX 9.0.
On May 10, 2004 the latest drivers from ATI were 6.444 for Windows XP.
I shall note there's Radeon2.ru website that tracks all software novelties from ATI and offers improved drivers versions with preset registry settings for increasing RADEON cards perfomance.
