Some textures become very noisy after enabling AF in Hitman: Blood Money settings. It seems like another incarnation of the infamous bug when some applications used bilinear filtering of MAG textures instead of AF for Radeon cards.
How to fix
Force AF from Catalyst Control Center.
Fixed in Catalyst 7.3 and newer.
