This GPU is presented by Sapphire Atlantis RADEON 9600 128MB, AGP card. We just reduced clock rate down to RADEON 9550 level.RADEON 9550.

On April 10, 2004 the latest drivers from ATI were 6.436 for Windows XP.
I shall note there's Radeon2.ru website that tracks all software novelties from ATI and offers improved drivers versions with preset registry settings for increasing RADEON cards perfomance.
