Features:

- 256MB of Hynix's DDR SGRAM in BGA package. 2.2ns fetch time indicates 454 (908) MHz, but the memory works at 425 (850) MHz.
- 256-bit bus;
- Peak fill rate in the multitexturing mode without optimizations is 1640 megapixels/sec and 3280 megatexels/sec.
By the end of the month the product costs $375 on average, supports DirectX 9.0.
