The complete set hasn't changed much as compared
with the previous model, it is still very rich and well thought-out.
It consists of:

- CD with software for recording: Nero Burning Rom 5.0.3.5 and
InCD 1.7 from ahead Software.
- TDK CD-R and CD-RW discs.
- Marker for making writings on an idle surface of the disc.
- Analog audio cable for connecting to a sound card.
- IDE-cable.

Like the CDRW121032 model, this recorder is implemented
in the "iMac" style - semitransparent plastic and accurate roundinsh
forms. The both models, though, don't differ much in the appearance.
In the left bottom corner there is a writing "16/10/40X" and the
second additional status indicator.
The software remains also the same. The engineers
recommend to use the drive together with the ahead Software products.
The front panel is quite unique, but it carries
nothing new:
there are a headphones jack, mechanical volume control,
an open button, two indicators and an emergency ejection hole.
The drive can be mounted both in vertical and in
horizontal position: there are two spring clamps analog to those
used in Plextor and Creative drives.
There is a digital output on the rear panel but
it is marked as "Not used".
There is also a connector for a fan, but in our
case the fan is absent.
The CyClone lacks for a secret jumper locking of
which switches the UltraDMA mode. That is why the PIO Mode 4 is
the only available one. An experiment of locking of all "factory
use only" contacts has given no results.
