Sony Xperia E Ships With Android 4.1 Jelly Bean

Sony Mobile has just announced their spanking new smartphone that will ship with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean in tow, calling it the Sony Xperia E. This is the first device from Sony that will ship with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean right out of the box.

While it might come with Jelly Bean, it will be an entry-level device, which is different from the high-end Sony Xperia T that is still powered by Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

Both Sony’s latest Android smartphones will be available from Q1 2013. The prices are not yet unveiled.
