NVIDIA May Roll Out GeForce GTX 560, a Cheaper Version of GeForce GTX 560 Ti
According to the source, NVIDIA is probably going to roll out the new GeForce GTX 560 graphics card in the near future. Judging by its name, the card will fit between GeForce GTX 560 Ti and GeForce GTX 550 Ti which sell for $249 and $149, respectively.
The outward appearance may be very similar to that of GeForce GTX 560 Ti.
So far there hasn't been any data on specifications, but the source shared its opinion on what they may be. So, GeForce GTX 560, like GeForce GTX 460, may have 336 CUDA cores, 56 TMUs, 256-bit bus and 1GB of GDDR5 memory. GPU/shaders/memory clock rates will most likely fit between those of GeForce GTX 460 and GeForce GTX 560 Ti.
The novelty may already be released in mid-April or early May. As you may also remember, on April 5, AMD is going to roll out the new Radeon HD 6790 that will compete with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti.
