SMART Modular Launches DDR3 Unbuffered DIMMs
SMART Modular Technologies has launched its DDR3 unbuffered DIMM product family ranging from 512MB to 2GB.
Providing improved system speeds (up to 667Mhz/1333MHz data rate), lower power consumption (1.5V vs. 1.8V for DDR2) and larger memory densities from DDR2, DDR3 technology allows original equipment manufacturers and original design manufacturers to design systems with higher performance and larger overall memory capacities. SMART is launching its lineup of DDR3 unbuffered DIMMs to provide early support for system builders and integrators.

240 PIN (x64) - DDR SDRAM Unbuffered Non-ECC DIMM:

- SG12864D31333 - 1GB, 1.18", 128Mx64, 128Mx8, FBGA
- SG564648FH8N0NG - 512MB, 1.18", 64Mx64, 64Mx8, FBGA
