Intel announces mainstream chipset for dual-core processors
From today on the recently released Intel 955 chipset series, which is designed for high-end and expensive machines, is accompanied by a mainstream 945 chipset series for mid-end computers. At the moment the series includes two solutions: discrete 945Ð and integrated 945G. Comparing to 955, the features are:
