OCZ Technology today announced the new Titanium Memory series that includes the exclusive OCZ PowerSwap Warranty.

Modules feature 400MHz clock rate (PC3200), 2-3-2-5 timings, Enhanced Latency Technology, 3V voltage. Capacities available include 512MB and 1GB.
