After Corsair had released its XMS Pro et XMS2 Pro, Crucial announced its own series of "creeping LED" memory modules Ballistix Tracer. At the moment the series includes DL6464L505 (512 MB) solutions on 256 Mbit chips (32x8) and BL12864L503 modules (1 GB) on 512 Mbit (64x8).

However only 512 MB DIMM modules are available for ordering at the company website for $160. These are unbuffered 184-pin DDR500 (PC4000) SDRAM with 2.5-4-4-8 timings at Vdd=+2.8±0.2V voltage. According to the published materials 1 GB module support 3-4-4-8 timings.
Traditionally for overclocker memory, the novelties feature black copper heatsinks.
