Adtec introduces lead-free DDR2 SDRAM and 40x CompactFlash
DDR2 continues its market expansion. This time Adtec introduced lead-free PC2-3200 and PC2-4300 desktop, notebook and server modules with 256MB to 4GB capacities. At the moment no sales date, nor pricing is disclosed, but, according to the press release, shipments are to be launched in the nearest future.

In a separate press release the company announced 40x CF card series (AD-CFX40T) with controllers from TDK. The novelties are to be launched early in May. Capacities are 128, 256, 512 MB and 1GB.
Card features are similar to those of other cards:
- 3.3V±5% / 5V±10%
- 42.8x36.4x3.3mm
- 11g weight
- 0-70°C thermal range
