NVIDIA unveils Quadro FX 600 PCI, Quadro FX 700 GPUs; PNY unveils first graphics cards
NVIDIA today introduced NVIDIA Quadro FX 600 PCI GPU being a professional solution capable of working with up to eight digital flat panels. NVIDIA Quadro FX 600 PCI has 256 frame buffer.
NVIDIA Quadro FX 600 PCI features:
- 2 x separate DVI-I
- Stereo interface and OpenGL support
- PCI Express compatibility
NVIDIA Quadro FX 600 has 128-bit pipeline and supports 12-bit subpixel precision. It naturally supports OpenGL 1.5 and Microsoft DirectX 9.0 as well as UDA drivers.
Besides, the company also introduced NVIDIA Quadro FX 700 GPU for CAD/CAM, visualization apps, etc.
NVIDIA Quadro FX 600 and NVIDIA Quadro FX 700 will go on sale in April will be shipped by PNY (USA and Europe), Leadtek (Asian-Pacific) and Elsa (Japan), not speaking of resellers and system builders.
