Sony sells CLIE PEG-TJ27 with digital camera for $200
Today Sony launched sales in Europe and North America of its CLIE PEG-TH55, PEG-TJ37, and PEG-TJ27. While we already described the first two early in February, so let me briefly remind you their features.
CLIE PEG-TH55 and PEG-TJ37 are designed for the upper and middle price niches. They feature 320x480 and 320x320 LCDs, 123MHz processors and 32MB RAM. CLIE PEG-TH55 and PEG-TJ37 will be $400 and $300, respectively.
All models have digital cameras (310,000 pixels or 640x480). PEG-TJ27 differs from its elder brothers by lacking 802.11b (Wi-Fi) and hardware MP3 player. PEG-TJ27 has 320x320 LCD and some faster 200MHz processor. PEG-TJ27 will cost $200 and over and, according to observers, will compete with palmOne Tungsten E and Zire 71.
