Philips 855: handset with a digital camera and TV-out
In June Philips is going to launch sales of its new Philips 855 handset enabling you to browse images shot with its built-in digital camera on the TV screen.
This tri-band GSM/GPRS (53.6Kbps in, 26.8Kbps out) model has a 180° unfolding body, built-in e-mail client, supports MMS, Java (MIDP 2,0), IrDA. The integrated digital camera provides VGA (640x480) resolution. Philips 855 has 9MB of internal memory. According to the features, the handset is supplied with a special TV cable.
Sized 85x47x25mm and weighing 91g, the model has two displays, 4096-color secondary and 128x160 56536-color primary. The Li-Ion battery provides up to 400 hours of standby or 4 hours of active operation.
